Romeika Ferguson-Adderley is an accounting and finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education sectors. A Certified Public Accountant with an advanced degree in Organizational Leadership, she has held leadership roles in distinguished institutions across Central Florida. Her expertise spans budgeting, financial reporting, strategic planning, audit management, and fiscal policy development. At each stage of her career, Romeika has been known for building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and delivering data-driven insights that empower organizations to grow with confidence and integrity.
As the Founder and CEO of SteadWell Financial Services, Romeika brings a personal passion for supporting nonprofit organizations, particularly churches and mission-driven entities. Her professional background is deeply aligned with the needs of this sector, having successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, implemented standard operating procedures, and guided executive leadership through sound financial decisions. Her approach is both strategic and relational, focused on helping clients strengthen their financial foundations while fulfilling their organizational missions.
Beyond her professional life, Romeika is a devoted wife and mother of two teenagers. She also serves alongside her husband in ministry as a pastor’s wife, giving her firsthand understanding of the unique financial and operational challenges faced by faith-based organizations.
